Full amount of stay is payable in advance by credit card at booking time.
- · All rates are net in Thai Baht.
- · Lamphuhouse.com only accepts payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and JCB) not commercial card.
- · The reservation acknowledgement will be sent to you after your deposit payment is completed. Please show along with valid passport upon check in at Lamphu House Bangkok.
- · Please also make sure that the names you write on the reservation form are identical with the ones given in the travel passports.
- · 7 years and older or height is 110 cm. will be considered as adults.
- · For under 7 years old or height less than 110 cm. We accept only one child per one booking room to stay with adults (for more inquires please contact us via email [email protected])
- · Standard check out time is 11.30 A.M.
- · Standard check in time is 14.00 P.M.
- · 500 Baht cash key deposit required upon check-in. On check-out the key deposit will be returned.
- · An extra bed can be provided for Air-Con Superior Twin Room and Air-Con Family 2 Double room . A fee of 200 Baht/night will be charged.
CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY (APPLICABLE TO ROOM RESERVATION ONLY):
- 1. Room modification is permitted 7 day(s) prior to the Check-In Date.
- 2. Cancellation 2 days in advance before check-in date, pay 5% of booking cost.
- 3. Less than 2 days before check-in date 100% of full amount will be charged.
- 4. Last minute (the day check in) / No Show ,100% full amount will be charged and the reservation is cancelled automatically.
- 5. Any Cancellation or Changing on and after check-in date, No Refund.
** If customers do not show up on the scheduled date, the reservation is cancelled and we charge for full amount of your booking.
** Notification of your arriving date change /amendments of booking can be accepted by us only via E- mail [email protected] but we do not guarantee the change depending on the availability.
**For change /amendments of booking can be accepted one time only, otherwise the booking will be cancelled automatically and full amount will be charged.**
